Wrist warmers

Strange things that I hadn't come across before, a gift from a friend.Have had leg warmers for many years, so don't know why I hadn't noticed these (they perform the same function, covering the draughty gap at the end of the sleeves/trousers). Amazingly effective. I have a sequence of additional clothing that I gradually put on through the day, as the storage heaters gradually exhaust themselves. Leg warmers, wrist warmers, extra t-shirt, thicker fleece....These are machine knitted - I think I (or Shandonner, or Poppy, for example) could come up with prettier designs!

The weather continues to be utterly miserable.
