Late

A mild springlike day, most of it spent either at the computer or in Zoom meetings, though I managed to get out into the garden this afternoon to cut a few things back - it's just so soggy though!

This beautiful female sparrowhawk dropped in for a moment - I only managed to take one shot before she flew off to the west. She was a bit late for the Big Garden Birdwatch, but lovely to see her. Our usual view is a silhouette high up in the sky, or a blur as she flies fast and low past the feeders or through the trees hunting for prey.
