Lost and found

Babies socks have an amazing talent for hiding. They creep away when no one is looking and tuck themselves under cushions, in beds, under coffee tables and inside tiny baby leggings. Are they practising for when they grow up to be big socks when they will make one final spectacular disappearance from the washing machine, never to be seen again?
