Daffodils....

It’s the beginning of daffodil time! How fantastic! They have been my favourite flower for as long as I can remember. D went to get bread first thing and bought some daffodils back for me. Really pleased. I’ve put some in the porch to share the joy! They may take more opening first.

Pilates was relatively gentle after a three week break then lunch in the conservatory in the warmth of today’s sun. My friend from my castle school phoned and we had a lovely chat. It’s Children’s Mental Health Week and everyone is enjoying a change of curriculum. Lots of dance, art, photography, drama, music and other creative fun happening.

So sorry to say goodbye to Sir Captain Tom Moore. So sorry that he too contracted this awful virus after going into hospital with pneumonia.
