High Tide

High tide at Fleetwood so the turnstones had wandered inland a little.  It's a shame that I didn't get a sharper shot, but there wasn't a lot of light about, and I'm always reluctant to push the ISO up too much. 

Still keeping up with my running, but gave today a miss. I normally run 3 to 4 times a week and try to get some short walks in on the other days.  The weather isn't looking good for the rest of the week, but I've been out in some horrible conditions during January and I don't expect February to be any better.
