Passover

Tonight Passover began. The big dinner feast, the main dish and its symbols, and the seven days of no bread to follow all remind us of the story of escaping slavery in Egypt. It encourages large families to get together and just ask questions, plus there might be gifts involved so this is on good ground as my favorite Jewish holiday. Another reason would be that early in the day you get to light bread on fire.

The fire was awesome but this is one of those days where I had to pick the photo that best represented the day rather than the superior photograph. Still...
