I'm Dreaming . . .

Sod this, will winter please go away. Today, we woke up to 6cms of wet, thick, heavy snow, ideal for kids building snowmen, but not for old folk clearing driveways. In the countryside, of course, the scenes were marvelous, trees piled with snow, grey clouds turning the colours into soft, muted shades with hardly any natural shades evident. Now the snow has started again, so tomorrow seems destined to be one of those days best spent beneath warm blankets with the bedroom curtains tightly drawn . . .
