Across the snowy field

This was taken late afternoon when some of today’s snow had started to disappear.  I tramped across the deep snow in the garden just so that I could plant footsteps in the pristine snow (childish I know!).  This is the only house I can see from my garden, and my favourite “spooky tree” is over there as well.  Apart from this it was an inside day.  So good to not have to struggle to work any more in this kind of weather!
