Kayaking

I had to get up really early this morning ( and I'd gone to bed really late last night). I was tired for most of the day.
I had to leave work at 3pm in order to be at daughter # 2's school for the parents' evening. ( no idea why they call it parents' evening as it's finished by 6pm).
All her teachers are very pleased with her progress at school. I've no idea why she doesn't like school
I dropped her off at kayaking at 5pm. Daughter #1 refused to go. I wasn't in the mood to have an argument with her about it so I just left it. One of her excuses was that she had tonnes of homework but there was very little evidence of that.
Hubby facetimed us from Washington.
