I had a video call with Andy first thing . He was just finishing his run , week 4 of couch to 5 km ! I’m very proud of his efforts .
We chatted while I made a big pot of veg and lentil soup. I took some round to my mum in the afternoon.
I didn’t get out for a walk again today. I’ve got a few walks planned over the next few days .
