With our first taste of sunshine today in a good while, & with some definite daylight still to be had, I left the Office in a fairly hopeful & happy mood.

The grey days of late have been quite the buzz kill, but our nearby spectacle of the Priory is always worth a closer look & a steady camera zoom. It's a beautiful building.

On our return to the flat, Jen & I donned our running shoes & ventured out for a run in the freezing cold (we're clearly crackers!?). We kept up a steady pace & it was good. We chilled the rest of the evening, watched the new sequal to ITV's Marchlands, Lightfields - spooky & creepy (Monkey & Jen weren't big fans), & began a little revision for the Big Quiz taking place in a couple of weekends time.
