Old Faithful

Well yesterday on my way home from shops i had a Migraine[lasted the rest of the day]
I took my drugs and it started an acid reflux spasm
Then my IBS kicked in
Today must improve........pretty please...........
By the way as usual with migraine......today....i still have a sore head and feel really dopey it should shift by tomorrow.....fingers crossed
Breathing still the same but no worse.........thats a plus with COPD
