Anyone for golf ?

WEDNESDAY WFH Day #202

A busy and interesting day working from home.

Although the main roads and bus routes have been gritted there is still a lot of snow lying on the ground. It's difficult to walk on the pavements as all the snow has been ploughed onto them.  

At lunch time I took a walk onto Norland Moor. I used the snow-covered lanes and footpaths which made it slow-going (6.7 km in 1hr 12m). I only just managed to get back home in time for a 1 pm virtual meeting.

 The Ryburn Valley was filled with low cloud. The blip is of the golf course on the far side of Norland Moor. If it wasn't for the lockdown restrictions on sport I am sure some hardy players would have been out there on the fairways.
