Fungal maze

My wife and two of the kids were off to Whitby today with her Mum and Brother so I took the advantage of getting out for a bit of exploration and ventured along a footpath that I have had my eye on for a while. The footpath runs along the river Etherow for short while and then takes you through some woodland. In this woodland I found quite a few different species of bracket fungi which I think make great photographic material and I always like to take a blind shot from underneath for one to help with identification and secondly for the suprise that you sometmes get. This one I particulary like due to the complexity and structure that I captured.
