Life at the bottom of a "volcano"

Today was beautifully sunny, but after finishing class (for the week!) there was nothing i had to do, so whilst i tried to get on with some work and forget about how beautiful the weather was my friend happened to ring me. He was on his way back from uni, knew i lived near him and wondered if i fancied a stroll up Arthur's Seat, seeing as we do live right underneath it. I jumped at the chance to go outside, and we managed to catch the beautiful sunset (by minutes!) and even managed to make it down before it went completely dark. We then decided to get some sainsburys pizza and watch X Men (sorry mum!) but meant i could catch up with his flatmates Callum (pancakes) and Ali (flowers) as well! All in all a very enjoyable day (even if it did result in a rather late blip).
