First BNC meeting since Ireland was entrusted with the presidency of the E.U. (the Ee what?!)
Jayzus, it was a busy agenda.
The debate today was "Can a nation call itself sovereign when it is in debt up to its grand-grand-grand-grandchildren's nostrils and its economic policies are dictated by a supranational body?"

I was on a roll. I think that I may have bored a poor unsuspecting Kevin Guildea to death with doubtful macro economics theories between Tara Street and Salthill. That and how to counter the pendulum effect when driving a tower crane.



* no, actually it was Scampi Fries. We were actually wondering how they can chemically reproduce the taste of scampis in a pub snack as we sort of doubted that many scampis ever went through the doors of the Scampi Fries factory. But they don't taste like horse, though.
