Bunch of cheerfulness!

Dismal day! Managed over 11000 steps this morning and only had to wash Chloe once.

A gentleman in our street volunteers at a local food bank once a week. Occasionally flowers (past their sell by date) are handed in and not taken up. The flowers are often on their last legs and would otherwise be binned. He divides them up among the residents in our small street . We were lucky enough to receive a bunch of narcissi which cheered us up no end. A little TLC and they will give us pleasure for a few days to come.
