Physiotherapy

After walking Elvis I got changed and collected a friend to take her to an appointment in Saintes. She was worried she'd be dizzy afterwards, so I was happy to drive her and take her home again.
This is where we went, which wasn't where we thought we were going but luckily we were early so had time to find the right place, which luckily was in the building next door.
In the afternoon I made a chocolate caramel birthday cake for Mr F's birthday tomorrow!
