Accidental sipping

I was supposed to be at a whisky tasting a few weekends ago but couldn’t make it. Neither could my friend Lutz. So tonight one of the directors from Gordon & Macphail kindly led just the two of us through a tour of the drams. Starting with a 14 yr old Glenburgie and ending with a 30 yr old Miltonduff. With a 24 yr old Tormore and a 25 yr old Mortlach on the way. Heady stuff. Bit of a privilege actually listening to the stories behind them in such a small group.

Apart from that it was work for me and then post-whisky, Ruby made a delicious dinner for us all.

On top of that Mrs S had a great video call to talk about the next stage of one of her TV production concepts.
