Leaning on a CD lamp post.

We have a lot of dogs in the village. Some dog owners are irresponsible. There is a situation with some of them letting their dogs do their business anywhere and the owners don’t clean up after them. To this end a child in the village has put containers like this on lamposts and other suitable places.
Sadly some people don’t care and still let there their pets crap and don’t clean up
