More Madhur

Yesterday's Indian cookery book demonstrated that many blippers have Madhur Jeffrey on their shelves.  Today is the Vegetarian cookbook, much well thumbed.  Though having looked at some of the recipes today, 30 years on, I may revisit it.

It was a bury day.  Up 'early' to take part in a Singlet led from Melbourne this time followed by a walk, round the block and the cemetery.  Not too far but good to get out in the fresh air, cold but dry.  That was followed by a chat and coffee in the front garden with Y, and 'hi' to a few neighbours passing by.  Very convivial.

I had a catch up with A at Apex after lunch, followed up some more ancestors (rich fairmers in Berwickshire), catch with the principal, an interview and finally a mentoring session. 

I feel tired.  It's been a busy day.
