Risen

Another stinking, rainy day; another day spent at home. Time to bake. A variation on my Weetabix loaf; nothing exciting, just added a second biscuit and it worked fine. Here it is in the proving basket, just about to go in the oven. Makes a wee change from the usual baked bread pictures if nothing else. But the loaf did look pretty good before it lost a few slices this evening!
We’ve had a nice evening involving Prosecco, chocolate and some catch-up decent telly, Upstart Crow and Bullets, both good but a bit of a contrast!
