MTPTC tag

The famous MTPTC tags, which I talk about a lot in my work.

MTPTC is the French abbreviation for the ministry of public works. After the earthquake, the MTPTC assessed the damage to buildings.
A red tag (as in the photo) means that building is unsafe and should be destroyed.
A yellow tag means that it is repairable (retrofittable).
A green tag menas that the building is 'safe'.
