Wrapped for the winter

I live in the Thousand Islands region on the St. Lawrence river - a wonderful area for boating - but not quite yet! There are hundreds (thousands) of boats sitting mournfully in their shrink-wrapped plastic coats waiting for the thaw. I sure hope that stuff is effectively recycled.
