Wavy

This started out as a wrapped gift that came in the mail today for PD's upcoming birthday.  It provided a colorful background for subsequent massive fartnarkling. ;-)  Many thanks to Ingeborg for your long time hosting of Abstract Thursdays!

Our day started out with painless dental appointments so we decided to go to a restaurant for brunch.  It was our second time eating anywhere but home in a year.  The restaurant (Village Inn) was doing everything right and we felt very safe.  Before we could be seated they questioned us about symptoms, took our temperatures and got our contact information.  They are only allowed 25% capacity so we weren't within 12 feet of anyone else and, as luck would have it, there was a large air purifier on the table next to us.   We really enjoyed being "out".  We were kind of giddy. :-)

In the afternoon I had a wonderful phone call with a far away friend, and I am grateful for that!
