Deliciousness

This is my best loaf yet. I don’t generally eat store bread so am enjoying the time to create sourdough products. Tomorrow I will start the dough for small rounds to use for soup bowls. I may need larger pants...
My daughter also made a batch of sourdough bagels. She is heading north in the morning to keep my dad company for a few weeks while continuing her job search. Not jealous of the sub zero temps headed that way.
