Efficiency

I’m feeling rather pleased with myself as this afternoon I prepared tomorrow night’s dinner, which will save a lot of time after we arrive home from our volunteer shifts late tomorrow afternoon.  It’s a cottage pie with potato and sweet potato mash, which gives it a lovely golden colour.
