Spring is in the air!

Mr U&L and I had a Sainsbury’s ‘click and collect’ order this afternoon and on the way home I drove past the local green to see if the crocus were out yet, and as you can see they most certainly were!!
They looked sooo beautiful with the afternoon sun shining through their charming mauve petals illuminating them in an almost magical way!!
Sadly, even though the sun was shining I could see clouds coming, so I decided to take a few shots with my iPhone rather than run home for my camera. I think they came out OK though.
It’s really feels like spring today ....... and then winter arrives tomorrow evening!
