BUA D032 Pickle

I'm not one for churches, especially what goes on inside them, but i do think this one is pretty. It's in a direction I don't usually walk in but I wanted somewhere different and I knew I had time to get to where I wanted before it got too dark.

Project issues, people issues, HR issues. One resignation, one request for an internal move (to something they'll be perfect for, I can't blame them), one off sick. And me. I had to escalate my situation today as I think they've got themselves into a bit of a pickle. We're at the point where I'm making sure all conversations are minuted in case it needs to go further.
