Turret or tower?

Tier 5 - Day 32

Had to take Barney back to the vet for a check-up today. In the surrounding streets I noticed quite a few properties had this feature. On checking with Google it seems the architecture is Victorian. Apparently a tower is built from the ground up and this feature is called a turret.
