Notes: Been almost a week and didn't feel up to going for an early morning run but went anyway and really loosened up. Cool balmy beautiful morning on mostly quiet roads. Publix order was ready first thing again so headed over to pick that up. Bit nicer day but still breezy, did try to sit out a for bit of sun & Vit D. Afternoon call with my coach - another really good one and lasted hr and 20 this time. The football fans are rolling in - think it could be a loud and annoying weekend at the beach.
