Straying into EB territory after a full day of housework and computer stuff, more of the latter than the former if truth be told.

Anyway, at 8.30pm it was time to think about preparing dinner. This cook book, which was a Christmas present I received, was handily placed but I have gone for a simpler recipe and may well accompany it with a glass of red. The beer can wait until another day when I have time to enjoy the book properly.
