Spice stock

As is now the tradition it’s curry night tomorrow and since it’s a “curry guy” recipe we’ve started today.
So this is spice stock!
The recipe is Chicken Ceylon. The chicken is marinading in the fridge. We already have the garam masala, tandoori masala, cashew paste and base curry sauce made.....you definitely need to study the recipe in advance!
