The Last Dawn

We moved today.

I live with my sister and her husband while I am in New Zealand, and they just bought a new house. We had been living in a rented one while we waited for this the purchase to finalise. It finally did - today.

So today was the last day we would see dawn from the rented house, which was elevated and looked out over the rooftops of Otumotei in Tauranga. It was a beautiful dawn, so we took that as a great omen for a great move to great new beginnings.

As always, moving is hard work. Friends helped and the moving guys were great. We are here. Liz and Geoff are tired but very happy. Here's to happy days ahead and many new and beautiful dawns.
