The Pope Resigns

Today Pope Benedict XVI carries out final engagements as head of Catholic church and his abdication comes into effect at 8pm local Vatican time.

As I won't be in Rome, I decided to use this photo and creating my enhancement today as it perfectly fits the occasion.

For those wondering, it's shot in the Duomo in Milano / Italy some ten years ago - Wednesday, 23rd July 2003. to be precise - and it's my youngest pride and joy lighting the candle.
