Just move

Yet another dreich dull desk day - couldn't have been much more of a contrast to last year. Apart from one short but really positive meeting about starting a new project and hearing about a colleague's new baby (Enzo - what a great name!) the day just trundled past - getting stuff done but without anything particular to note.
After I'd chatted to A on her way home I decided that being stuck indoors and sitting still is no way to be so chose a youtube class to shake myself up a bit and jumped around the sitting room for half an hour, resisted getting fish and chips for supper, and had some jolly texts with VickyG.
