If the cap fits

You wonder how its possible to go out wearing a cap and to come home without it.  Its not as if its windy and the hat might have been blown off.     I guess that the owner must have taken it off at some stage and didn't notice when it fell out of his pocket...

In these covid times I suspect it will sit there for a while.

Managed to get hold of Dad in his Care Home for a Skype call this afternoon which was good.  He's due to be 90 later this year, if all goes well.  It took me a while to patiently explain that to him.  He was initially absolutely convinced that he wasn't that old.  He remembers what year he was born, he's just not that clear what year it now is.  But then with lockdown etc I think there are more and more people who are loosing track of what year it is - certainly what day of the week it is.
