after a wonderful night’s sleep i woke...and had a very lazy morning....did a bit of housework....emptied my bins and recycling....had a lazy afternoon....no side effects at all except for a slight tiredness...
Elv popped in to drop off some shopping Tom and James were in the car so i went outside and we  said a quick hi to each other...lovely to see the kids....
i’m doing  my blip catch-up while the Real Marigold Hotel is on....courageous people......
