Dramatic......

....skies earlier this afternoon.  Thought we'd get a downpour but it all fizzled out and came to nothing!!  

I decided to make a ginger cake (R likes cake).....but then found we had no group ginger.  Our new neighbour lent us some (only 4 years out of date) and I chucked some crystallised in plus some ginger liqueur!  Tasted reasonable but could have been moister I felt.
