Lemon blossom

We've had rain all day, and now heavy, wet snow is falling.  I'm hoping that Ruth and Josh's DIY roof repair (to the flashing round a dormer window) will hold all right. They don't sound too worried, fortunately.

I've had a marathon photo editing session during the day - quite a luxury really, going back over old files, enjoying working my way through it. 

So today's image is another quick one: the small lemon tree that I got for my birthday, the year before last, spends its winters in the bathroom.  It's a variety that flowers intermittently over the year, and we have had a couple of fruits during the last year or so.

After this winter, it'll outgrow the bathroom I think; we'll need a new solution for next winter.  Another project for the post-lockdown spring, I hope...
