SILLY LICENSE PLATE

Vanity LICENSE PLATES & bumper stickers are not as popular as they once were, but my grandsons would certainly approve of this plate.  Anyway you
look at it, there is a potty joke hidden within.  

Someone paid extra to have this vanity plate, so I am sure there is a story
behind it.  I wonder what it is?
