Last day of Feb!

In Penzance this morning, bit of a grey day, so have 'jazzed this up a bit' with some colour.

Its sad to see so many closed and boarded up shops all around this little cafe with its empty tables and pots of budding primroses hopefully waiting for spring to arrive. I smiled as I looked in the window and saw two elderly ladies chatting away whilst tucking into massive portions of beans on toast, they were really enjoying their breakfast and their time together - good for them. Friendship is so important.

It was nice to spend a couple of hours with mum today - even though she struggles to walk very far, she is amazing and never gives in to the pain I know she struggles with every day.

Managed to capture a few 'architecture' shots for my project - so its now time to print contact sheets, edit and select!

Glad to be home in the warm .....
