Volcán de Fuego

Volcán de Fuego is an active volcano located in the Mexican state of Colima. (technically on the border of Jalisco and Colima)
I lived and worked in the city of Colima, which is in a valley in front of the volcano, last year, and I could see the cone from my rooftop.
The village of the mask carver and the cane fields are on the slopes leading up to the cone. During our recent trip we spent three days there with friends in the village of Cofradía.
