Snow for Some

Was sent a lovely wintry scene of an acquaintance’s Colchester garden. Looks as though snow will be hanging around for the next few days. But whether we’ll see it down here?

Today’s weather a mixture of grey and sun, see my blip.

Been glued to John Torode’s Korean recipes on TV. Now researching, and perhaps buy, some of the ingredients: eg gochujang (Korean fermented chilli paste). Always ready to experiment (providing vegan)! Used to travel to Seoul a couple of times a year, but working during the day, so didn’t get to see much. Remember the kimchi well. .

Nothing exciting tonight. Baked potato, with marinated peppers and the last of the cavolo nero.
