Can you tell what it is yet?

I sent this photo  to Curlyfries.  He replied "A cake?" . I replied, "No , it's  a Birthday cake".

He took the hint and called me subtle.  He had forgotten  the date  and hadn't  done anything  about it.
At least he got the message and there will at least be a Birthday cake.

I left the ironing for a day with poor weather. I counted snowflakes and walked Ally and Star. I baked a cake, made lamb tagine for dinner with pancakes and a choice of lemon and sugar, syrup or raspberry jam for pudding. 

A glass of red and some Scandal.
