Snowdrop delights
They have to be one of my favourite flowers, and definitely my favourite Spring flower. I have these 4 different ones in my garden. The first is the most unusual - Wendy's Gold, then the next not quite open yet is a much smaller flower head. The third one is a double flower, with a dense amount of petals all squashed under the main outside ones, and lastly the regular snowdrop is very tall I love them all, and would love lots more.
I have spent a chunk of my morning into the afternoon tidyingvmy shed and preparing the trays for this Spring planting. I just need seed compost. Then had a nice chat with mum on the phone. She was going to Manda's for Sunday lunch. Wish I was closer. It has been a month since I saw them all.
Cycled to the allotment and fed the hens, plus gave them more straw. It was bitterly cold, but no snow here, despite the forecast. Perhaps it will come in tonight. I don't mind if it doesn't:-)
We had a Zoom chat with Jon's family, with the only missing family member being Stephen, who was working. That is pretty good going for us. Nice to catch up and see everyone. I can't remember the last time I saw some of them. Possibly a year or more.
Mollie has been working on the hut STUFF facebook page, and Instagram page. We are nervous about web pages as we don't understand the costs involved, so think we are going to stick with these for now.
Pottery Throwdown now, which I love. Then bed with a good book, feeling refreshed after my long weekend, and ready to tackle another week at work.
