Apple Crumble

The white stuff is bucketing down here in Boston this afternoon -- it feels almost like we are living in the middle of a snow globe! 

We got our CSA share for the week yesterday, and in the box were quite a few apples -- what better thing to make on a chilly winter afternoon than apple crumble! 

Now we are cozied up in front of the TV watching the "Puppy Bowl" -- a Super Bowl-inspired program featuring adoptable dogs "playing football".  Very amusing and cute!
