Today I was at a UCAS recruitment fair, which was very interesting. I never went to these myself as I was studying and living abroad before applying.
I can see why, especially younger, applicants are overwhelmed. So much choice, competition, uncertainty and questions which hopefully we were able to answer so they felt more reassured. It was great to have our own students there with us to talk to prospective students and parents.
And I met a very like minded individual that I hadn't had the pleasure of meeting at work yet. So: an interesting day which set me off with some ideas...
