Amidst the snowdrops

I had to trek the mile up to the village this morning to post a parcel for my friends birthday.
Everywhere was shrouded in mist & I was hoping it would lift a bit for a blip but it didn't, so I stopped half way where this drive way goes up to a big old house only just visible from the road, there are two driveways one is tarmacked and this one is not in use any more as it used to be the tradesman's entrance in the olden days, there are always lots of snowdrops, daffodils & bluebells there in the Spring
