Scotch Eggs
I had time today to do some cooking. Scotch eggs with 12 of my quails' eggs and gluten free breadcrumbs. We tried one, delicious.
Of course, the main event of the day was the trek to the surgery for our first Covid-19 vaccination. A few flakes of sleet en route but not the volume of snow that had been forecast.
